Royal series of three-dimensional element measuring instrument is the latest generation of nano precision CMM. B. Technical description


a. Host:


The precision rectangular beam technology designed by the international advanced finite element analysis method is adopted for the Royal series measuring machine, and the rectangular beam adopts the air bearing surrounded by four sides and the dust-proof design and technical characteristics of the organ type.


The whole mechanical structure adopts the fully enclosed frame mobile bridge structure with good rigid structure and light weight. Its structure is simple, compact, bearing capacity is large, and its motion performance is good.


Fixed high-quality granite worktable with strong bearing capacity, wide and convenient loading and unloading space.


The y-direction guide rail adopts dovetail type, with high positioning accuracy and good stability.


The triaxial is made of high-quality granite with small coefficient of thermal expansion and the same temperature characteristics, so it has good temperature stability, resistance to effective deformation, good rigidity and small dynamic geometric error deformation.


The three-axis adopts the static air floating guide rail composed of self-cleaning preloaded high-precision air bearing, with large bearing span, strong angular swing resistance, small resistance, no wear and more stable movement.


The reflective metal strip grating metering system imported from abroad is adopted, which has similar thermal expansion coefficient with most workpieces, ensuring good repetition accuracy.
