Lx-817 wire bending machine (swing machine) is a national standard test instrument and equipment for testing the bending strength of plug leads and wires at different angles. It conforms to lx-817 and other relevant standards. This device has a novel appearance and is used to test 6 groups of test products respectively. The test results are recorded accurately and the rotation/minute can be displayed numerically.
Operation instruction:
1. Note: turn off the load power supply, connect the connecting wire in front, and unplug the connecting wire in the back.) then take the specimen products of a certain length and fix them in the corresponding fixture.
2. Adjust the test Angle: adjust the method (open the small cover door of the case. Use the supplied hexagon wrench to loosen the hexagon screw on the square bar of the rotating column, then loosen the screw on the square bar of the column with an open small spanner, then twist the handle on the square bar of the column by hand to move to the calibration value on the square bar of the column, and then tighten the loose screw again.
3, set the number of test: setting method (with the hand to pull out the word ring on the large counter, change the set number, from left to right order change, ten, one hundred, one thousand, ten thousand...... On the code ring, in order to change the set unit value) set after press

Clear key to clear, press the key on the small counter to group clear.
4. Connect the power cord to the 220V power supply, unplug the power switch to the right, switch on the power supply, and take the specimens to be clamped on the fixture for fastening, and adjust the height of the lower guide bar. Load weights are hung separately. Press the six green start keys on the panel, and the indicator lights up. Adjust the speed control button to the minimum and press the green start button on the left panel to start the machine test.
5. Adjust the speed button to make the speed reach the measured speed. The adjusted speed will be displayed on the revolution meter with LED digits per minute. When a group is broken during the test, this group of counters will stop counting. Keep the data and continue the test until the last group is broken and stops the test by itself (it will also stop after reaching the set value of the total counter).
6. Write down the test results after the test is stopped. Try again and repeat the steps above. Remove the test item from the test, turn off the power switch and cut off the power.
