Operation instruction:
1. Insert the power plug of the instrument into the single-phase power socket with grounding wire.
2. Turn on the power and preheat for five minutes.

4. According to the type of the tested wire, set the four item selection switches: single head/double head, two cores/three cores, polarity/non-polarity, parallel/cross, etc.

6. Wire test:
A) : double-headed wire test: insert the head and tail of the wire into the test stand of the inner die of the instrument, step on the foot to make a switch. If the wire passes the conduction polarity, the instrument E, L, N and the conduction polarity indicator lamp will be lit, and the instrument will continue to test the insulation/internal pressure/external pressure items. After passing the test, light up figure 5 (OK indicator light) at the same time, and the OK counter will count automatically. Automatically eject the wire; On the contrary, there will be intermittent beeping to light NG indicator light. And do not open mold, NG counter automatically count. There are corresponding defective indicators. (until total artificial reset).
B) single head induction test: insert the head of the wire into the inner mold of the instrument FIG. 25 (inner mold core), and the wire length of the instrument shall be set with a length of 0.5 meters at the factory. Less than 0.5 meters instrument will not be able to carry out the test "single head induction test main detection line before the head is open" make the dial indicator to step foot switch at 100 % position, if the wire conduction is qualified, the instrument will continue to detect the internal pressure, external pressure. After passing the test, light the OK green light at the same time, OK automatic counting, the wire automatically eject; On the contrary, there will be intermittent beeping. At the same time, the NG red indicator light will be lit and the mold will not be opened.
C) single head click test: insert the head plug of the wire into figure 25 (internal mold core), and then click the instrument figure 23 (click the block) with the tail of the wire according to the sequence of E, L, N (three cores) L and N (two cores). If the wire conduction is qualified and the polarity is correct, the instrument will continue to detect the internal pressure and external pressure. After passing the test, light the OK green light at the same time, OK automatic counting. Automatically eject the wire; On the contrary, intermittent beeping will appear to light NG red light and do not open the mold, NG automatic counting (until the total manual reset).
