Usage method

The basic operations are as follows:

Several parameter settings that must be learned before use: basic operation steps:

1. Connect the vibration table with the control box.

2. Power on the control box. Note: (there are three red terminals of power line, 380V live line, blue zero line and yellow ground line)

3. Press power to start.

4. Set the running time. (please stop)

H is hour, M is minute and S is second. After setting up

Press start to start

5. Sweep time output setting. (please stop before the operation setting is effective)

Select the "constant frequency / sweep frequency" key as the sweep frequency status.

The method to determine the acceleration time of frequency converter

, (please press the func key on the microcomputer panel once, and the display window will display d0xx. Press the displacement key to adjust to D011, and then press the func keyboard to modify the rise time to the number of seconds you need, and then press the proc key to confirm.

The method to determine the deceleration time of frequency converter

(please press the func key on the microcomputer panel once, the display window will display d0xx, press the displacement key to adjust to D012, then press the func keyboard to modify the rise time to the number of seconds you need, and then press the proc key to confirm.

6. (sweep frequency setting method) method of setting output frequency setting upper / lower output frequency

For example: if you need high frequency 50Hz, please press the func key on the microcomputer panel once, the display window will display d0xx, press the displacement key to D002, press the func keyboard to modify, and then press the proc key to confirm.

For example: if you need a low frequency of 20Hz, please press the func key on the microcomputer panel once, the display window will display d0xx, press the displacement key to adjust to D122, press the func keyboard to modify, and then press the proc key to confirm.

7. (constant frequency setting method)

Please press the func key on the microcomputer panel once, the display window will display d0xx, press the displacement key to adjust to D122, press the func keyboard to modify, and then press the proc key to confirm. Then set the fixed frequency / sweep switch to the fixed frequency state, and press the start key to set the frequency after setting.

8. Setting method of working time and vertical / horizontal time (this setting method is valid for automatic switching of vertical / horizontal state, invalid for manual)

（1） For example: the vibration time (timer) required for your product is 4 hours, then you set 2 hours in the vertical / horizontal schedule respectively, and the vibration mode will be switched automatically by the time. If you want to do a single vibration mode, set the time on the timer.

（2） Vertical / horizontal vibration switching. (please operate when the output status is stopped)

1. In the stop state.

2. Select the "vertical / horizontal" key to be vertical or horizontal.

3. Vertical / horizontal vibration switching is completed.

（3） Vertical / horizontal automatic and manual switching. (the operation setting is valid only when the output state is stopped.)

1. In the stop state.

2. Select the "manual / automatic" key to the manual or automatic state.

3. Set the vertical and horizontal time on the "vertical / horizontal" time controller.

4. Manual and automatic output settings are completed.

Note: if EO error code appears in the display window of sudden shutdown during operation, it indicates that EO is the automatic protection of normal leveler and motor protection (hardware protection). Please turn off the power and restart.
