The sudden pull tester is manufactured according to UL817 standard. It is specially used to test the joint strength of plug piece and conductor, and the anti sudden pull strength of conductor wire. The plug piece is fixed in the fixture, and the end of conductor is connected with the punch rod. After the sudden pull test, the weight can be lifted to carry out the rotation test and current test. The instrument is well received by many manufacturers and widely used by manufacturers.

1、 Usage of current measurement test

1. Set the "timer", turn on the power switch, adjust the "current regulator" to the minimum, peel a certain length of test product, and connect the two ends of "terminal 1" and "terminal 2" on the control panel to the set time for shutdown.

2. Pull the "current" switch on the "terminal 2", and then slowly turn the "current regulation". The voltmeter and ammeter on the top respectively display the adjusted value, which shall not be more than 40A. When the wire is burnt out and there is no current, the "peaker" will give an alarm.

2、 Use method of burst test

1. Take the test line and fasten it on each group of clamps, clamp it with clamps, take 203mm wire as the standard length of test. Pour the upper torsion box 45 degrees, then hang the sudden pull weight, and adjust the sudden pull stroke.

2. Set the time and times required for the counter product. Turn on the power switch and turn off the current switch. Pull out the "sudden pull" switch, press the green "start" above to conduct the test, and stop the machine at the set number of times. If there is any defect, press the red "stop".

3、 Application of torsion test

1. Take the test line and fasten it on each group of clamps, clamp it with clamps, pour the upper torsion box 90 degrees, and then hang the torsion weight.

2. Set the time and times required for the counter product. Turn on the power switch and turn off the current switch. Pull out the "sudden pull" switch, press the green "start" above to conduct the test, and stop the machine at the set number of times. If there is any defect, press the red "stop".

4、 Application method of static lifting test

1. Take the test line and fasten it on each group of clamps, clamp it with clamps, dump the upper torsion box 90 degrees, and then hang the static lifting weight.
