1. Main USES:
Tlb-30 darts impact testing machine is a kind of test equipment which is specially used to measure the energy (expressed by the impact damage mass) when 50% of the plastic film, thin sheet and steel plate coating are damaged under the impact of free darts at a given height. Can be applied to industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, quality inspection departments and schools and other industries. The equipment strictly implements the provisions of GB/T 9639-88.
2. Functional features:
Measurement range: the energy measurement range is from 0.3j-30j, which can be tested by method A and method B.
Sample fixture: semi-automatic pneumatic clamping device, safe and reliable, easy to operate.
Positioning device: the falling height can be adjusted according to the test method.
Lifting device: control the lifting of electromagnet and darts by the button on the control box.
Capture device: the electromagnet captures automatically to prevent the sample from being impacted twice.
